New Patient Consultation: Creating a trusting relationship with our patients is vital. Quick slap & dash work is not what we do, instead we take the time to get to know you, your goals & priorities, and ensure no stone is left unturned. We call it a Comprehensive Oral Exam. This is generally 60minutes & involves photos, x-rays, oral cancer check, and a tooth & gum health check. From here we will work with you to establish a plan to achieve your goals and discuss cost options. We encourage you to bring a friend or family member for support or decision making, and we can book a complimentary follow-up consult if more time & planning is required.

Periodic Check & Cleans: Maintenanace is essential to any well-running machine and your mouth is no different! Regular check & clean appointments allow us to refresh your smile & to catch any small problems before they become big ones that cause pain. Our gentle & welcoming Oral Hygiene Therapist Gabi Pechey will look after you, and your dentist will review any issues if needed.

Emergency Appointments: Our goal is to see anyone experiencing pain on the same day they call. We have time specifically set aside in our day for these appointments, so call early or message us on Facebook as these emergency appointments book out quickly. Once the problem is diagnosed and your pain is addressed, we like to see you again to prevent it reoccurring, and to check over the rest of your mouth with a Comprehensive Oral Examination (see above)

Planned Treatment: Appointments planned by Dentists will vary in length depending on the treatment required & will attract a security deposit of 20%. This deposit will ensure sufficient appointment space is reserved & will contribute toward the final payment for treatment provided.

Deposits: Your dental health is important to us and we will always try our best to work around your busy schedule to book appointments. Unfortunately, in Goondiwindi, the demand for our appointments is at an all-time high. To secure your planned appointment, a 20% deposit may be required. This helps our day run on time and to prevent long waiting lists. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer that time to other patients waiting. We will remind you by email, SMS and phone of your upcoming appointment.

Missed or late-notice cancellations with less than 48hrs notice, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. For appointments where a security deposit has not been held, a $50 non-attendance fee will be applied to your account.
